The IBF Iron Body Fitness B.T.S. (Balance, Tone, Strength) Dome is a multi-functional exercise device ideal for balance training and developing core strength. Engage multiple muscle groups by using both sides for various exercises. The heavy-duty non-slip base provides stability when using the dome or flip it over and use the inflatable dome side as an unstable base, making a wide range of activities more challenging.

Shipping Policy -

IBF Iron Body Fitness is pleased to offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada on all orders with a total pre-tax value of $50 or more, with some exceptions for large items. 

All orders with a total pre-tax value of $49.99 or less will be subject to a $10 flat rate shipping charge.  

All orders will ship via Canada Post – Expedited Parcel unless otherwise noted. Please allow 3 – 9 business days for your order to arrive. 

Express shipping via Canada Post – Xpresspost is available for an additional $15 flat rate charge.  

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Returns and Refund Policy -

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at ironbodyfitness@bygroup.ca with a return request within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment for items that are returned to us with the original packaging, open or unopened, which meet the following conditions:

Any return requests due to Shipping Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please email us at ironbodyfitness@bygroup.ca with all relevant product information and the reason for your return request.

We will respond to your request within 2 business days and will provide you with a return shipping label.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item(s).

Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund for your purchase, minus the cost of the return shipping.

What kind of exercises can you do with the IBF BTS Dome?

Here are some exercises you can do with a BTS Dome.

BTS Dome Squats: Stand on the flat side of the BTS Dome with your feet shoulder-width apart and perform squats. This will challenge your balance and work your leg muscles.

BTS Dome Lunges: Step one foot onto the dome side of the BTS Dome and perform lunges. This exercise helps strengthen your legs and improves stability.

BTS Dome Push-Ups: Place your hands on the flat side of the BTS Dome and perform push-ups. This adds an unstable surface to the exercise, making it more challenging for your chest, shoulders, and core.

BTS Dome Planks: Position yourself in a plank position with your forearms on the dome side of the BTS Dome. Hold this position to engage your core and work on stability.
