Refund policy

Returns and Refund Policy: 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at ironbodyfitness@bygroup.ca with a return request within 30 days of receiving your item(s).   

 A refund will be issued for items that are returned to us with the original packaging, open or unopened, which meet the following conditions:   

 Defective | Damaged | Shipping Damage | Incorrect Item | Item Not as Expected 

 Any return requests due to Shipping Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package. 

 Please email us at ironbodyfitness@bygroup.ca with all relevant product information and the reason for your return request. 

 We will respond to your request within 2 business days and will provide you with a return shipping label.  

 You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item(s). 

 Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund for your purchase, minus the cost of the return shipping.
