The IBF Iron Body Fitness commercial-grade heavy punching bag wall mount is designed to hold a 75 lb., 100 lb. or 125 lb. punching bag. Constructed of heavy-duty steel, this premium wall mount features an extra-long wall extension that allows for free, unimpeded 360-degree movement around the bag. Mounts easily with six included bolts.

- ¾” (1.9 cm) diameter rotation pin with durable “easy-clip” carabiner for simple bag chain attachment
- Mounts easily with only six bolts which are included
- Brace mounts are 36” (91.44 cm) apart
- The main support arm is 3” (7.62 cm) x 2” (5.08 cm) thick
- Brace supports are 2” (5.08 cm) x 1 ¼” (3.18 cm) thick

IBF Iron Body Fitness is pleased to offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada on all orders with a total pre-tax value of $50 or more, with some exceptions for large items.
All orders with a total pre-tax value of $49.99 or less will be subject to a $10 flat rate shipping charge.
All orders will ship via Canada Post – Expedited Parcel unless otherwise noted. Please allow 3 – 9 business days for your order to arrive.
Express shipping via Canada Post – Xpresspost is available for an additional $15 flat rate charge.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Returns and Refund Policy -
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at ironbodyfitness@bygroup.ca with a return request within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment for items that are returned to us with the original packaging, open or unopened, which meet the following conditions:

Any return requests due to Shipping Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please email us at ironbodyfitness@bygroup.ca with all relevant product information and the reason for your return request.
We will respond to your request within 2 business days and will provide you with a return shipping label.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item(s).
Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund for your purchase, minus the cost of the return shipping.
