MMA Sport-Style Square Strike Targets
The IBF Iron Body Fitness sport-style square strike targets are used when training in Muay Thai and other mixed martial arts. Made to endure the toughest Muay Thai and MMA workouts, the pads consist of lightweight, shock-absorbing foam and are covered in a durable synthetic leather shell to withstand powerful kicks and provide protection. The hook-and-loop closures with strap buckles provide a secure fit for coaches and training partners. Sold in pairs.

Shipping Policy -
IBF Iron Body Fitness is pleased to offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada on all orders with a total pre-tax value of $50 or more, with some exceptions for large items.
All orders with a total pre-tax value of $49.99 or less will be subject to a $10 flat rate shipping charge.
All orders will ship via Canada Post – Expedited Parcel unless otherwise noted. Please allow 3 – 9 business days for your order to arrive.
Express shipping via Canada Post – Xpresspost is available for an additional $15 flat rate charge.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Returns and Refund Policy -
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at ironbodyfitness@bygroup.ca with a return request within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment for items that are returned to us with the original packaging, open or unopened, which meet the following conditions:

Any return requests due to Shipping Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please email us at ironbodyfitness@bygroup.ca with all relevant product information and the reason for your return request.
We will respond to your request within 2 business days and will provide you with a return shipping label.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item(s).
Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund for your purchase, minus the cost of the return shipping.
